Hans Bos looks back on an intensive but successful period!
A big step forward
Our workshop capacity has doubled. This means more space for the mechanics, additional work bridges and an optimal storage layout. We have also gained metres in the office. We deliberately took a step-by-step approach, moving the warehouse to the new site first, then the office, and finally demolishing the old structures to make way for the new workshop. It was a logistical challenge, but one that we overcame together.
An African mine, but in Brabant
A lot has changed, both functionally and visually. The interior concept is inspired by African mining: a nod to the type of vehicles we mainly work with. The meeting room has a specially designed carpet in the red colour of African soil, symbolising a mine shaft. A map of Africa hangs on the wall. Colours, materials and details are deliberately chosen.
Flexibility, commitment and cooperation
The refurbishment involved a complete ICT migration, departmental relocations and the necessary contingencies. It demanded a lot from our team, but everyone moved with it. There was extra work, a lot of change and open communication. We are proud of that. Without this commitment, this transformation would not have been possible!
Ready for the future
New floors, new workbenches, more space and a powerful look. This refurbishment is more than just an extension to our premises: it is the next step in who we are and how we work. And above all, it really is ours!
