Still ‘Driven to Serve’ in 2025!

We are at the start of a year of growth and innovation. In this interview, Hans Bos shares our vision for 2025. It focuses on customer satisfaction, expansion and attracting talent.

Our vision has always been about unburdening our customers, but in 2025 we want to focus even more on that!

Customized solutions

Hans: “We specialize in customized solutions, and the more complex the requirement, the more we like to tackle it. Whether it's vehicle conversion or parts supply, we would like to stand out for our speed, quality and extensive product range. We are also committed to long-term contracts. This gives both us and our customers stability and security.”

Expanding facilities

“We are currently working on a major expansion of our warehouse and office facilities. This project started in December 2024, and we expect to be fully operational in March or early April 2025”, Hans continues. “The expansion will mean a doubling of our workshop capacity and more space for our mechanics and work bridges. The aim is to further optimize our delivery times and continue to offer the same high-quality service our customers rely on.”

The need for more people

With more space comes the need for more people. Hans: “We have vacancies for various positions. For example, inside sales, logistics management and mechanics. We invest a lot in our working atmosphere because we believe that a hospitable and customer-friendly working culture is attractive to new colleagues, but also essential for our customers’ satisfaction. Our philosophy is simple: you can only show hospitality if you live it as a team!”

The future

“For us, 2025 is about deepening our partnerships with our customers and further expanding our services”, explains Hans. “We want to strengthen our existing relationships and explore new opportunities within our areas of expertise. At the same time, we are investing in smart solutions and improved logistics processes to better serve our customers. It’s an exciting time. We look forward to continuing to grow with our team and our customers.”
