Time to get to know Anne-Mieke and her work a little better!
Versatile
“What do I do?” says Anne-Mieke with a laugh. Everything to do with cars, apart from selling and tinkering. This includes preparing work orders, making lists for the warehouse, purchasing, planning, dealing with customs, customer contact and invoicing. It’s a varied administrative job!”
Transport
“Before I came to Intermotive, I was working part-time in transport, mainly in planning. I was looking for a full-time job and when I interviewed at Intermotive, it just clicked. The company was entirely new to me, but I was particularly attracted by the international character and the diversity of the work.”
Family business
Colleague Ben showed Anne-Mieke the way right from the start. “He explained a lot and guided me, and he is still my back-up. He helps me with everything.” She continues: “What struck me right away was the warmth of a family business. You are listened to, and the work is very varied. I feel a lot of freedom, responsibility and confidence to carry out my tasks independently.”
Working together
Anne-Mieke: “At Intermotive we say what we do and do what we say. So, you always know where you stand. We also attach great importance to togetherness. Everyone can be themselves and that makes for a great working environment. We deliver exceptional service, and we do it as a team.”
Ambitions
Alongside her work, Anne-Mieke is studying for a higher degree in business administration. “My ambition is to implement process improvements within the company when the opportunity arises. I can use all my qualities in my work, and I am sure that we can only grow as a company. Maybe one day a direct colleague will join us!”
